Phil Winburn with over 30 years experience in sucker rod inspection. Phil is recognized as a leader in the industry and is the only level 3 Sucker Rod inspector in the Rocky Mountain Region. Phil's background in inspection Quality Assurance and Safety Management will insure that Rocky Mountain Rod is continually operated in the mode of "Quality is our prime concern and safety is our way of life."
Rocky Mountain Rod only utilizes full-time employee's. All employee's are under a continual training program from Mr. Winburn.
